Stable grid frame
Prevents grid growth and corrosion at the edges and thus damage to the separator or a short circuit due to contact of the grid with the negative plate.

Punched grid
The firm, precise structure ensures the excellent adhesion of the active mass to the grille and allows low-resistance and fast charging and discharging of the battery. Compared to conventional grids, there is no fragility due to mechanical deformation during production.

Optimal lattice structure
More lead is applied in places with higher flow load: The grid is more resilient and corrosion-resistant.

Flow-optimized grid shape
The innovative design leads the lattice rods directly to the plate connector. Due to low flow resistance, optimal conductivity is ensured and the current is routed to the electricity consumer in the fastest possible way.

The SAE J240 shelf life test (75 °C) shows:
The punched grille (right) corrodes minimally, the electrical conductivity is hardly impaired. In the grid on the left, the material corrodes between the grains of the alloy. Result: weak current flow and shortened service life.
